The entire Musée Bonnat-Helleu is accessible to everyone!

Admission to the museum is free and priority for visitors with disabilities, upon presentation of valid proof. A reduced rate is available for accompanying persons.

  • For Visitors with Reduced Mobility

The entire building is fully accessible, with all floors served by an elevator.

Two wheelchairs and folding stools are available on loan at the reception desk for visitors who may need them. Wheelchair batteries can be recharged upon request at reception.
Designated wheelchair spaces are reserved during events — please inform us of your visit in advance so that we can ensure availability.

  • For Visitors with Hearing Disabilities

The Bonnat-Helleu Museum will offer free services adapted for deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors starting in 2026. An audio guide will be available for the hard of hearing, subject to compatibility with individual devices. Two video guides will provide access to commentary in French Sign Language (LSF).

 

 

  • For Visitors with Visual Disabilities

The building features tactile and high-contrast signage to make navigation easier.
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome in the exhibition areas.

The audioguide includes braille buttons, and an audiodescribed tour will be available free of charge in spring 2026!

The nearest car park is located on Allées Boufflers, and drop-off is allowed on rue Jacques-Laffitte.

  • For Visitors with Intellectual Disabilities

Easy-to-Read (FALC) interpretation materials are currently being developed.
